EICOS Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to EICOS, the Event Intelligence Command Operating System provided by InnoxHub Global FZC.
Subscriptions and the 7-day trial
Self-serve EICOS plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. Eligible new customers may receive a 7-day free trial after selecting a plan and providing payment details. No subscription fee is charged at trial activation. Unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan is charged automatically after the 7-day trial.
Cancellation and billing periods
Customers may cancel according to the controls made available in EICOS. A cancellation made during an eligible free trial should prevent the first subscription charge. After a paid billing period has started, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless InnoxHub agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result.
Plans, seats and usage limits
Each plan includes defined user-seat and feature entitlements. Opportunity Radar, Floor Plan Studio, MIRA and other services may have plan-specific limits. Opportunity Radar uses included plan credits or allowances. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately and, unless otherwise stated at purchase, remain available until used.
Customer content and responsibility
Customers retain responsibility for the information, documents and communications they place into EICOS and must have the rights and authority necessary to process that information. Customers are responsible for reviewing generated documents, AI-assisted outputs and external communications before relying on them.
AI-assisted features
MIRA and other AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consequential external, financial, destructive or operationally material actions should be reviewed and authorized by an appropriate human user.
Acceptable use
Customers must use EICOS lawfully and must not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse third-party data, interfere with the service, compromise another workspace, upload unlawful content or use EICOS to facilitate prohibited activity.
Payments, failed payments and suspension
Fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing frequency. Access may be limited or suspended following failed payment, fraud concerns, material breach, security risk or misuse. Refunds are not automatic and are handled by InnoxHub according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Availability and service changes
InnoxHub may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features while seeking to preserve the overall purpose of the subscribed service. Planned maintenance, third-party dependencies and emergency work may affect availability.
