Privacy at EICOS
This Privacy Policy explains how InnoxHub Global FZC processes information when providing EICOS, the Event Intelligence Command Operating System.
Information we process
EICOS may process account and profile details, organization information, event records, suppliers, leads, client workspace information, uploaded documents, communications, billing references, product usage data, security logs and information submitted to supported AI features.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate customer workspaces, process requested actions, support collaboration, provide customer support, administer subscriptions, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Subscription and eligible credit-pack payments are processed by Stripe. EICOS stores the Stripe customer, subscription, price and payment-status references needed to manage access. EICOS should not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
AI-assisted features
Information submitted to MIRA or other AI-assisted features may be processed to perform the requested function. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to submit and process the information they place in EICOS.
Workspace separation and access
Customer information is organized by workspace and access permissions. Users should only access information they are authorized to use. EICOS may maintain audit and security records to protect workspaces and investigate misuse.
Service providers and international processing
InnoxHub may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, analytics and AI service providers to operate EICOS. Where information is processed across jurisdictions, appropriate contractual and technical measures should be used as required by applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide EICOS, meet contractual, accounting, security and legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be sent to customer support.
